2. Use of Service

You agree to use SwaxnetRails only for lawful purposes and in accordance with the WhatsApp Business API Policy and Meta's Developer Policies. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Meta API Integration

Our platform facilitates connections to the WhatsApp Business API via Meta. You must possess a valid Meta Business Account and comply with all Meta requirements for API usage. We are not responsible for any suspension or termination of your Meta account.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users are prohibited from:

• Using the service for spam or unauthorized messaging.
• Attempting to bypass security measures or reverse-engineer the platform.
• Misrepresenting their identity or business during the connection process.

5. Limitation of Liability

SwaxnetRails is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or any disruptions in Meta's API services.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these terms or the policies of the WhatsApp Business API.

7. Amendments

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
